McAdams is a full-service land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering and geomatics firm with offices located in Durham and Charlotte, NC. Currently we are seeking a Technical Manager for our Geomatics Group in our Charlotte office.

5+ years of experience (may include education)
2 years working in the field with a survey crew (preferred)
Proficient in AutoCad with familiarity of Carlson preferred
Familiarity with Trimble Robotic equipment and Trimble Business Center
Process and balance boundary and control surveys
Process field location data and produce topographic surveys
Address title commitments for ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
Coordinate project tasks between Crew Chiefs, Technicians and Project Manager
Prepare and draft large, complex location surveys
Prepare subdivision plats and exhibits
Prepare Construction Staking field packages for crews
Candidates should be prepared to provide work samples and/or take a CAD test.
