â¢ Must have a valid Class A CDL Interstate driver's license,
â¢ Must pass a DOT physical from one of our chosen FMCSA qualified clinics
â¢ Must pass a pre employment drug screen
â¢ Must be able to operate a CMV on public roadways
â¢ Must be 23 years or older
â¢ No Felony convictions within the previous 10 years
â¢ No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests
â¢ Cannot be actively involved as a defendant in an active felony case or in an active misdemeanor
involving assault to another person or involving drugs
â¢ No DUIs in previous 7 years
â¢ No Careless driving or reckless driving on MVR (3 years)
â¢ No, at fault rear end collisions, rollover accidents, or jackknife accidents in the previous 3 years
â¢ 12 months experience in the past 3 years pulling a 53' van if for van fleet of which 12 months
must be over the road. (school counts as time served)
â¢ No more than a combination of 3 moving violations or at fault accidents in the previous 3 years
â¢ An acceptable PSP report
â¢ No speeding citations of 15 mph or more over the posted speed
â¢ Must be able to pass a road test administered by Venture Express
â¢ Must meet all qualifications in section 391.11 of the FMCSA regulations handbook
