We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators
Classification (Exempt/Non-Exempt): Non-Exempt (Prevailing Wage)
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Must be able to efficiently and safely operate Blade, Skip-loader, Scraper, Gradall, Rollers, Skid-Steer, and/or other heavy equipment.
Experience with grading and grade checking
Follow direction of the Superintendent/General Superintendent with regards to daily production schedule and activities.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Maintain proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications:
3 plus years' experience.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Walk/Stand for long periods of time.
Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements.
Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when needed.
Must have valid DL.
Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
