The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for hands-on management of the Human Resources functions for the Tucson and Wichita sites, as well as all U.S. and foreign field offices. The functions of this position will include, but not be limited to, employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, job and compensation structure, benefits administration, communication processes, employment law, job classification and analysis, and succession planning.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, OR SHRM-SCP certification
Must be a hand-on manager
5+ years in a Human Resources management role
Previous experience in a diverse workforce environment, including both exempt and non-exempt roles, preferred
Previous experience providing Human Resources management for a workforce size of 200+ employees preferred
