This position operates with a great deal of latitude for independent judgment in support of the President/CEO and CFO. This position is characterized by significant administrative duties which requires in depth knowledge of the hospital and a thorough understanding of the President/CEO's and the CFO's methods of operation. This position performs highly skilled executive support functions to include transcribing of Board minutes and other confidential policy matters.
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years college preferred.
5 years administrative support experience required with two of the five years providing administrative support to an executive and Board preferred. Prior supervisory experience is also preferred.
Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
