We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to expand our operations. As a member of the C4 Connections team, you will be helping introduce telecommunication services, to residential customers in emerging markets while managing further sales teams.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:
• Helping to create a sales and marketing strategy in support of residential telecommunication campaign
• Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive D2D sales team
• Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite
• Providing timely follow-up to customer requests requiring additional investigation or multi-department resources
• Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff
• Ensuring retention of sales teams
• Complying with all ethical policies and procedures while conducting company business
Requirements
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
• 1-3 years proven direct/D2D sales experience
• An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team
• The ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients/teammates
• A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills and follow through
