Hi-Vac is a leading global manufacturer of name brand municipal and industrial environmental products. Our products are highly specialized and customized for a wide variety of industries, specialty contractors, and municipal markets. We are seeking a highly energetic, experienced professional for a Demo/Sales position.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, The Demo/Sales Person manages his or hers Demo calendar for North America completing on site demonstration of the Aquatech combination jetter vacuum trucks for municipalities. Apply HERE
Minimum Qualifications:
• Extensive travel in the company provided demo truck (90%, North America), able to work remote and independently
• Ability to work three weeks on the road consistently, one week off, cycle repeats
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B and above truck license
• Fully DOT compliance and a spotless driving record
• Ability to present and demonstrate in front of large groups
• CRM proficient and compliant; Microsoft proficient
• Extremely Detailed!
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience on jetter/vacuum trucks, custom body built equipment, tanker trucks, construction equipment a plus
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, self-motivation and communication skills
• Competitive nature
• Mechanical aptitude
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience selling and working with municipals
• Located near a major airport
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize a demo/sales strategy to meet or exceed company goals
• Sell our products while do on site demonstration
• Work with existing Regional Managers Salesmen
• Interact with our dealer network, build relationships
• Fully understand the breadth of the product
• Maintain demo unit, keep in good working condition
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and current dealers customers to increase loyalty, market awareness, and increase market share
• Provide on-site expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support
• Maintain accurate call logs, prospect lists lead generation
