Growing national e-commerce business is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and hard working Customer Support Specialist to start full time. The successful candidate will be sales and service driven, and be the type of person that people walk away from smiling.
This role is part customer service and part sales support. You'll be helping customers choose the right product, navigate our website and complete their purchases. An ability to quickly learn the technical specifications of our products is critical.
A Bachelor's Degree is a big plus.
Experience in Home Improvement is a big plus.
Experience in Cabinetry is a big plus.
Must have a friendly phone voice.
Must have a strong desire to focus on the customer and solve any problems that arise.
Must be able to type well and without grammatical errors.
Must have excellent MS Office and Google Docs abilities and experience
Must be a positive team player
Must be highly organized
Must be self motivated and capable of operating with little supervision
Must be completely trustworthy
Must be able to have fun at work
Must have a high standard of excellence and strive for it consistently
