SUMMARY
A large global electronics supplier is seeking a Human Resources Manager to strategize, manage and lead day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, on and off-boarding, payroll, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and 2 years managing an HR department.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and terminations
Manage payroll functions with ADP
Oversee compensation and employee benefit programs
Must have broad knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and regulations to ensure practices are within compliance
Plan and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures
Provide counseling and support to employees
Conduct employee training and development
Interface and support the Accounting Department and the Planning & Strategy Department with HR functions
Oversee all daily HR operations and preparation of reports
Manage Workers Compensation audits
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration required
PHR/SPHR Certified preferred
Experience in HRIS systems
7 years’ experience in Human Resources / 2 years managing department
ADP software preferred
Processing payroll required
Proficient in MS Office
Some local traveling
