We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare breakfast and lunches to restaurant specifications. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customers' satisfaction.
Qualified candidate will set up breakfast and stock station with all necessary supplies; prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables and/or preparing sauces); cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff; answers, reports, and follows sous Chef's instructions. Clean up station and takes care of leftover food.
Restaurant has a large menu for both the restaurant and for catering, and needs a professional cook with excellent cooking skills. You must have a minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience with great attention to detail and consistency. This is a full time position with 2 shifts for breakfast and 3 shifts as a relief and banquet cook.
