Daily Responsibilities May Include:
- Stock homes with necessary supplies according to par levels & requirements
- Assess & Address home cleanliness and maintenance
- Check home inventory to ensure great condition (kitchen, towels, etc.)
- Inspect & adjust home presentation (lamp shapes straight, light bulbs work, etc.)
- Light & Deep cleaning projects
- Occasional full cleans of homes
- Communicating with housekeepers from outside cleaning company
- Transporting linen to and from homes and laundry service
- Purchasing supplies
- Tracking Attrition
- Monthly cleaning projects
-2-3 years Previous Housekeeping Experience
-Open availability (evenings & weekends will be required)
- Reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record
A Plus+:
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Working in Resort or Vacation Rental Industry
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well on a team
- Strong communication skills
- Self Motivated
- Excellent time management
Full Time (schedule will vary)
$12-$15 + Team Bonuses to start
