ABOUT THE POSITION: Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing all matters relating to operations, budget management, policy and procedure compliance, execution of contractual obligations, licensing and regulatory requirements, staffing and supervision for the facility. Clover Creek is a 4 bed facility serving adults with developmental disabilities in partnership with Far Northen California Regional Center.
SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment, hiring and supervision of all staff; ensuring success on the job including staff development and competency through training.
Review financial performance of program with Regional Director and generate Plans of Correction as needed to ensure adherence to agency approved annual budget.
Ensure that compliance with procedures are in accordance with internal and external regulations, such as: Anka Policy and Procedures, contractual requirements, clinical standards, as well as all local, state and federal regulations.
Establish and maintain effective and professional communications with referring agencies; address and resolve any issues that may arise.
May require transporting consumers in private vehicle when program vehicle is unavailable, or when medical appointments or referral for client services is required.
Assure facility meets health and safety standards SB198, OSHA; train staff in AIDS Universal Precautions and infection prevention standards (housekeeping), and all other licensing required trainings.
Be knowledgeable in all legal and ethical laws and rules which govern professional field, to include Tarasoff, confidentiality, abuse, suicide, and be responsible for assuring boundary maintenance between staff and clients.
Ensure that all Critical Incidents and Unusual Incidents are reported in a timely manner; investigate and perform Root Cause Analysis whenever UIR levels reach threshold.
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:EDUCATION: Preferred Bachelorâs degree in Social Service, Health Care, Counseling or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of prior experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid CA driverâs license in good standing with proof of current auto insurance. Ability to pass pre-employment background check, Med/TB clearance.
