Destination resort outside of Sacramento seeks an up and comer with amazing culinary skills!
We are looking to bring a taste of Sacramento to the mountains and need a passionate Executive Chef who is excited to make a menu their own. Looking push the envelope! Upscale clientele has expectations for the caliber food that can be found in the best restaurants in Europe; seeking a Chef who can deliver this! There will be marketing and press exposure to back the Chef. This is independently run but backed by a savvy owner who knows the industry.
Qualified candidates should ideally have gone to culinary school, have three years in a management role in the kitchen and come from a previous title of Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous, or Executive Chef.
