North County dynamic and growing real estate company is seeking a well qualified Manager of Operations and Facilities. Key areas of responsibility include but not limited to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing procurement functions within the organization, and overseeing negotiations of price and delivery. Responsibilities also include project management and, when warranted, the purchase of all office equipment and furnishings for the branch offices. Essential Functions
• Develops policies, procedures, and objectives for the procurement of goods and services for the organization
• Oversees purchasing programs and processes, and ensures adherence to approved cost, quality and delivery standards
• Supervises the set up of new offices, including phone service, voice mail, signage, postal service, cleaning service and office supply account
• Assists and advises all Office Administrators regarding operational/facility issues
• Assists in annual budget development process for overall operations and maintenance, including repairs and improvements
• Works with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
• Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department and the company
• Project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Travel between the branch offices as neededQualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in a formal setting and articulate program goals to a diverse audience in a simple, straightforward way
• Extensive leadership abilities and experience
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• 5+ years of experience
• Clean DMV record
