We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative that has prior customer service experience. The applicant must have a real desire to help people resolve any issues they may have. This position will involve answering phones and providing overwhelming, excellent customer service to our clients. In addition to receiving and processing health insurance claims, we expect other various clerical duties as directed by a manager. There will be some drafting of letters and emails to third party providers and companies. Excellent computer skills and strong Microsoft Office experience is a must.
Our office is growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fulfill a high volume and fast paced position. The experienced representative will be able to assist a high number of calls with "One Call Resolutions". This is a full-time position, and will require some overtime from time to time. This requires a get it done person that wants to excel and exceed expectations.
Professional dress and demeanor, clean record, reliable and dependable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick problem solver
Computer literate - Adobe, PowerPoint, and WordPress a plus
Works well independently and as a member of a team
Past sales or telemarketing experience a plus
Some graphics, PowerPoint, webinar experience a plus
A "Life & Health Insurance Agent" license a plus but will train
High level customer service experience
Works well in a fast-paced environment
