Full-time management position available for front-of-house/floor manager with emphasis on event management. Duties will include: booking weddings from start to finish, day-to-day floor management, oversee staff and uphold company standards, conduct site tours, assist general manager and director of operations with events and business volume. Fine dining and event experience preferred. Candidate must be polished, well-spoken, have grace under pressure, high personal and professional standards, and open availability. Day shifts begin 10am/11am (dependent on the day/business levels); night shifts begin 3pm-5pm (dependent on business levels) - a combination of shifts may be required, but this is predominantly a nighttime position.
