We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and personable Junior Recruiter with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional follow-through skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
As the Junior Recruiter, you will partner with one of our top Account Executives with candidate sourcing, screening, preparing, and submitting talented candidates to our amazing clients for a variety of direct hire administrative roles. You will also help track the interview process through detailed scheduling and data-entry and follow up with references, testing and background checks upon closing.
Create job descriptions and postings
Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information
Reach out to and follow up with existing candidates in our internal database
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews
Perform candidate outreach, solicit feedback, and conduct debriefs
Handle background and reference checks
Keep informed of new sourcing strategies
Previous recruiting internship experience strongly preferred
Highly organized with a knack for scheduling
Sharp eye for detail and precision
Warm and engaging communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. a plus
