Primary duties of this position are to take sales calls from guests and customers wanting to book transportation. Other duties will include handling questions from other agents. This is a Customer Service and Sales position.
FT, evenings required. Seasonal position.
Pay -- $14 p/h + Commission + Ski Pass (Equals up to $18 or more p/h + Ski Pass)

We provide daily scheduled service to/from Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Keystone, and Dillon with private service which is available 24/7.
Must live in Summit County and work from our main office in Silverthorne.
Make reservations and bookings for guests traveling to the mountains in Colorado
Answer incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and chat applications
Make reservations for Guests and Concierge through a computer based reservation system
Make updates and changes to reservations on request
Manage email leads and inquiries, as well as chat conversations
Provide quotes and manage follow-up on leads
Handle general transportation and location inquiries
Communicate with passengers via email, text, or phone.
Develop a relationship between the Guest and Summit Express
Analyze transportation schedules to maximise availability and sales opportunities
Utilize sales tools and methods to increase sales and convert leads
Outbound calling and development of new lead streams
Time management and organization for sales optimization
Maintaining activity reports such as call logs, targets and achievements
Communication with team members to ensure smooth transition for Guests
Additional responsibilities may include communication with Dispatch, Drivers and On-Duty Manager, managing guest expectations and handling customer complaints/issues
Navigate website reservation system to answer potential passenger questions. (i.e. weather, road conditions, estimated travel time)
Use Internet-based website reservation system to book or change reservations for passengers who call-in.
Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shift if necessary.
Any other assigned duties which are safe and legal.
Ability to meet sales goals, sales closing skills, customer service, clear communication, detail focus, persistence, ability to work without direct supervision.
Should hold a high school diploma or the G.E.D.
Should be fluent in English as you will be interacting with the public and providing information regarding their questions about Colorado and their destination areas (places to eat, shop, ski/board, etc) during every shift.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to have a professional manner on the phone, be confident, friendly and courteous.
Knowledge of Summit County and the mountains is highly recommended.
Knowledge and ability to use the Internet, MS Office, and general computer skills to include keyboarding with ease. Ability to learn and operate several computer systems at once. Experience with Google Chrome and Google + a benefit.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and remain calm during busy or stressful situations where multiple items are occurring at once.
A proactive, self-starting and motivated personality are a must for this position!
Must pass background check.
