Seeking administrative assistant who is dependable, detailed, organized and a team player. Prior experience in a trade field is a plus. Duties include:
-Answering phones
-Customer service
-Scheduling/Dispatching
-Filing
-Ability to balance multiple tasks on a daily basis
-Experience with Quickbooks for invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Experience with Microsoft Outlook email and Microsoft software
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
