Assistant needed for an executive who requires smarts, efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. This is a part time opportunity (minimum of 6 hours per week) working out of a home office environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dedicated and detail-orientated with proven interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Calendar management and coordination of global travel.
Preparing documents and drafting correspondence.
Financial management: credit card reconciliation; review for accuracy and enter information into Quickbooks, processing invoices, and tax preparation.
Assist with a variety of aspects of the executive's personal life; coordinating house management for primary and secondary residence.
