In this role, you will lead and drive effective people tactics and priorities that are aligned with both the Field and U.S. Leadership in the People Component of the Business. Has the Leadership abilities to work across cross functional departments as well as is self lead.
You will partner as a functional Guide and Advisor in regards to all People related strategies to help staff and retain employees. The HR People Manager will be be aPeople Leader and a Change Agent who can drive employee performance and talent through open talent conversations. In addition, you will:
- Provide input on People Strategies to Leadership
- Lead/Influence key partners
- Understand other non HR functions of the business
- Train/partner with other functions on People tools/strategies and tactics
- Coach and influence People Leaders
- Hold self accountable
Thisrole covers CT, NJ and NY.
- Human Resources Degree or Certificate preferred
- HR Management experience
- Experience working in a multi-unit and/or hospitality/retail experience preferred
