Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm


OVERVIEW:


Working as a Full-Time Manufacturing Lead/Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring production flow through a team's scope of responsibility while demonstrating safety, quality, prompt delivery, productivity, and growth. You will take full and direct responsibility for all aspects of the team's performance. Performance is measured by safety, quality, delivery (Overall, Specials, FPY), cost, 5S, productivity (units/$/OEE), lead time reduction, and continuous improvement projects implemented with documented savings.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:


o Leading and directing employees while utilizing continuous improvement practices in order to meet department policy goals


o Building teamwork among all associates through effective communication and motivation


o Training employees to ensure that have the skills, knowledge, and ability to perform current their responsibilities


o Providing leadership and guidance for future growth and development


o Administering and upholding all company policies, work rules, and government regulations


REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:


The following skills and qualification are required for this position:


o Prior leadership experience


o Prior machining experience


o Excellent written and oral communication skills


o Basic math skills including decimals and fractions


o Ability to use, read, and interpret blueprints, micrometers and calipers


o Strong organization, time management, and project management skills


o Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others


o Desire to continuously improve manufacturing processes


o Possess an excellent safety record


o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork


o Ability to lift 75 lbs.


o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
