Associate, Financial Analysis

Duties: Responsible for forecasting and analyzing trends in business drivers, balance sheet and income statement across stress testing forecasts and BAU business planning. Identify ways to improve existing forecasting methodologies and processes. Participate in annual/monthly financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting, including Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP). Create business solutions to solve the ad-hoc issues related to model inputs, model execution process and model outputs for card forecasting model and auto loan macroeconomic variables forecasting model. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and forecasting. Think holistically about business performance levers. Develop reports and analytics to provide insights of forecasting results to the management team. Develop Standard operating procedure for forecasting model execution. Partner effectively with risk, finance and marketing teams. Present results and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Minimum education required: Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Business Economics, or related quantitative field.


Minimum experience required: 3 years of experience in Analytics, or related experience.


Skills Required: Must have coding experience in SAS. Must have coding experience in SQL. Must have experience with Excel. Must have experience developing reports and analytics to provide insights of forecasting results to the management team. Must have demonstrated knowledge of credit card line of business. Must have demonstrated knowledge of applying statistical methodolegy in finance sector. Must have demonstrated knowledge of P&L. Must have project management experience.
