REQUIREMENTS


Must have at least one year of experience processing payments with the MyFloridaMarketPlace system. Must have at least one year of experience using the Florida Department of Health Financial Information System.


POSITION DESCRIPTION


Performs transactions 51's and 70's for payments; transaction 30's for drawdowns; and transaction 58 and 96 for corrections and adjustments for participating Consortium Counties on a daily basis.


Scans vouchers into Axiom software program after redacting confidential information.


Scans and sends vouchers for post audit to the Comptroller for payment.


Processes invoices in MFMP for participating Consortium Counties including resolving errors and/or CFO deletions and returns.


Performs reconciliations of participating Consortium Counties on a monthly basis including performing transactions 21, 25, 30, 39, 45, 48, 51, 58, 70, 79, 96, and 99 as needed.


Performs year-end Certified Forward process including set up, payment, inquiries, corrections and disputes. Keys transactions 53, 80, and 81 for participating Consortium Counties as needed.


Serves as Level 8 Approver for P-Cards, including handling discrepancies for participating Consortium Counties.


Performs a Post-Audit of vouchers for accuracy of all daily activity.


Acts as Liaison with participating Consortium Counties to ensure deadlines, rules, and guidelines are met.


Scans warrants daily to electronic folder for each participating Consortium County and prints the warrant daily report to match.


Responsible for securing the designated information sets for the purpose of protecting confidentiality, data integrity and appropriate access for all information both confidential and public records which is stored in hard copy or electronic format.


Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:


Basic math, calculator, FIS, WORD, EXCEL, WORKS, FLAIR including ability to process transactions 21,25,30,39,45,48,51, 53, 58,70,79,96 and 99.


Other job-related requirements for this position:


Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency. Emergency duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural. Incumbent is required to complete time sheet, work activity reports (EARs), and mandatory trainings. Trainings may bedeemed mandatory by Agency, Statute, Grant, Program, or County Administrator.
