Ride2MD and its network of transport providers keep healthcare costs low and increase access to medical services all the while improving customer satisfaction.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Representative, our main focus is to provide an exemplary customer service experience to our valued clients, travel providers and patients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will service multiple channels, including Phone, E-mail and chat, to ensure our patient and client transportation needs are met.The CSR job starts at the moment of answering a phone call and greeting the callerA confident, friendly greeting is the way a phone call is answered in the Customer Service department at Ride2MDEach member of the Customer Service Team must exhibit a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to provide customer satisfactionEach CSR is expected to listen carefully to each of the callers they interact with. When a question is asked or a concern is expressed, the CSR must show an understanding of the callers purpose by restating the purpose of the callWhen there is doubt or a lack of clarity regarding a caller’s need, politely asking clarifying or probing questions are encouraged. These steps demonstrate a willingness to assist and passion for excellence toward our callerEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEach CSR must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Strong analytical abilities and decision makingBeing detail oriented is a must. The ability to listen to a caller and establish a clear understanding of the caller concern, communicate effectively and display a willingness to resolve any issue in a timely fashionA CSR is expected to resolve caller complaints and ease any unpleasant situations a caller may have. It is important to be pleasant, patient and display a friendly attitudeListen and respond to callers needs and concerns quicklyAccurately provide information about Ride2MD products and servicesReview and update passenger profiles in the CRMSummarize the interactions with our callers and accurately update concerns and actions taken to resolve concerns in the Ride2MD CRMRequirements: 2 years of customer service experience.Professional demeanor and work ethicHigh School diploma or G.E.D.Excellent data entry and internet navigation skillsClear, distinct oral and written communication skillsAbility to remain calm in less than calm circumstancesStrong verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility, versatility, and reliability as a team playerBi-lingual, English and Spanish speaking representatives are preferredFamiliarity with computers and the Microsoft Suite of products, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, OutlookPLUSExperience in a healthcare or healthcare transportationExperience in transportation logistics or dispatchThe ability to navigate CRM, Customer Relationship Management systemsRide2MD is more than just a job.
