Innovative Reasoning has a requirement to provide a full range of engineering, analytical, technical, and business services to the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL). Our SMEs will support the development of new or existing operational concepts, tactics, techniques, procedures and technologies to prepare Marines for combat. This effort is critical as the MCWL feeds the combat development process. The MCWL will rely heavily upon these services to support its mission.
Provide support to the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL)and Marine Corps operating forces of the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF).
Experience interacting with MEF staff to assist in the identification of operational shortfalls and requirements that may be fulfilled with technology solutions.
Ability to advise government personnel on technology integration and operational requirements.
Assist in the preparation of memorandums of understanding (MOU) for the conduct of specific experiments.
Act as the initial point of contact for any experimentation, demonstrations, and technology integration conducted within the three MEF locations across the Marine Corps.
Prepare and giving technical presentations to audiences, both technical and non-technical, ranging from senior government officials to operational end-users.
Assisting in the development and execution of visitor and media plans for the conduct of experiments.
Provide support to Marine Corps operating forces during exercises at various locations to assist in the identification of operational shortfalls and requirements that may be fulfilled with technology solutions or tactics, techniques and procedures.
Prepare trip and after action reports based on observations during exercises and experimentation.
A master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization
Twenty (+) years Marine Corps experience
Proficient with MS Office suite

Work Environment: Office Environment
Physical Demands: Work is generally sedentary; there could be a requirement to assist in moving and repositioning computer systems, servers, and other office equipment weighing no more than 50 pounds per person (e.g. two-man lift lOO lbs.).
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8 hours a day. Normal working hours are 08:00AM â 5:00PM.
License and Other Requirements: Possession of a valid driverâs license and availability of private transportation may be required for some positions in this job class (mileage expense allowance provided).
Security Clearance: Must have a secret security clearance.
Travel: Some travel may be required for this position.
