Seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant for a small business. Assistant will provide support to the owner, and assist in daily office and administrative needs. Duties to include: Preparing emails and correspondence; tracking and compiling data related to the business; general filing and organizing; opening, reviewing and distributing mail; and ordering and stocking of office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize work and multitask. Experience in property management desirable.
- High school degree or higher
- Must have at least 2 years administrative experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working knowledge of multifunction office equipment
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of bookkeeping a plus
