Administrative Assistant (Melbourne, Florida)

We are a construction company with extensive involvement in Residential Leasing, Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Publisher and Excel knowledge required.
• Typing skills necessary
• Real estate experience helpful, but not required.
Provides administrative support to the President, including but not limited to electronic filing, appointment scheduling. Drafting, review, and prioritizing correspondence via Microsoft Outlook. Develops and maintains reports and databases and files appropriately. Compile and maintain information of potential real estate customer's database for future follow up. Strong computer, organizational skills. Professional phone etiquette. Positive attitude and team player mentality. Part-time hours 25 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. Must be VERY Reliable. No call in, no being late! Reliable Transportation and good local references.
• Assist President with Marketing & Social Media Advertising
• Communicate with potential real estate buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
