Work to identify and clarify digital application-related challenges with clients and multi-disciplinary consulting teams
Create, estimate, and present application technology solutions
Design and prove application technology solutions, architectures, and development approaches
Lead application development work and teams
Help lead and develop the application engineering practice
Advance research and development of new application technologies

Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in Architecture and Development
Full Stack experience with a core understanding of Java and Java Frameworks (we heart polyglots)
Using front-end web technologies, React/Javascript/CSS/HTML
Leadership and team building experience
Understanding of Agile process and Continuous Delivery techniques
Big company experience ideally in a consulting capacity
Ability to travel up to 25%
Willing and eager to jump in and code
