Capable of maintaining a clean, efficient & quality menu. Ordering, scheduling, inventory, specials, events, cleaning, maintenance & employee management while following policy and procedure. Overall: a person that accepts all types of people equally, that likes to work hard, smiles without being asked, has fun, and does the job. We would prefer to hire from within.
