Able Freight Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Office/Operations Assistant to join our company in the Honolulu office.
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, able to handle a variety of office and administrative responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment.
Essential Skills and Duties:
â¢ Provide excellent customer service.
â¢ Communicate professionally with customers/clients, visitors and co-workers.
â¢ Utilize proper phone etiquette.
â¢ Have a positive, friendly "can do" attitude.
â¢ Motivated to learn different roles in our office and be eager for advancement.
â¢ Monitoring and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments (airfreight and trucking)
â¢ Able to prepare booking and documents for outgoing shipments.
â¢ Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation and other assigned duties
Day shift position. Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Salary dependent on experience.
