Busy professional office seeks full-time employee to provide general reception and administrative duties. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
â¢ 5+ years experience in office setting handling day to day administrative tasks and duties
â¢ Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel, Outlook and MS Office applications
â¢ Able to manage calendars and schedule appointments proficiently within Gmail, Outlook and appointment software
â¢ Able to work independently on tasks/projects without guidance
â¢ Great communication skills both in person and on the phone with heavy emphasis on phone skills
â¢ Excellent organizational skills
â¢ Professional attire and demeanor
Starting pay is $13.00 to $15 per hour with ideal candidate having great advancement potential, with the opportunity for raises starting after 30 days that could approach up to $20.00 per hour with proven performance.
This is not an entry level position serious candidates only, this is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and providing the highest level customer service to our clients.
