Local Magic Valley Company ISO a motivated Shop Office Administrator / Counter Sales Associate with exceptional customer service and organizational skills, to efficiently maintain the office in our full service hydraulic shop!
This candidate must be able to easily follow and retain instructions/directions, and work well individually or with a team.
Hands on knowledge of auto parts and/or heavy equipment to perform customer sales and transactions.
-1+ yr parts clerk, front counter sales, shipping/receiving, parts running, etc required.
Ability to perform sales transactions and maintain office paperwork daily utilizing Quickbooks.
-1+ yr Experience with Sales invoicing, A/R, A/P, and/or purchase orders required. (QB experience is beneficial)
Comfortably navigate, create, and utilize Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets to produce product reports on request.
-1+ yr Microsoft Excel experience required
May be required to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
Light house keeping duties
Must possess a valid drivers license
Full Time Position - Guaranteed 40 hrs/wk
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
Alt. Saturdays 8 am - 3 pm
Benefits available after 60 days
40 hrs Paid Vacation after 1 yr, 80 hrs after 3 yrs.
Eligible for IRA retirement plan after 1 yr
Must fluently speak, read, & write in English.
