The School of Nursing at DePaul University seeks three tenure-line, faculty at the rank of associate or full professor to begin September 2020. Competitive candidates will have a Ph.D. or DNP in Nursing, excellent teaching, a strong research record, and evidence of, or potential for leadership and mentoring. The specific area of research interest is open, although teaching interests in Medical Surgical and Intensive Care, Maternal Child Health, Mental Health, Population Health, Community Health and Community Engagement, Research, Theory and Biostatistics are desired. The successful candidate is expected to teach graduate courses, maintain a highly productive research program, and contribute their leadership to a dynamic and growing School of Nursing.
DePaul's School of Nursing offers the RN-MS (online), MENP, DNP, and Nurse Practitioner tracks and certificates. Nursing Programs are focused on community engagement, service learning in vulnerable communities, social justice and excellence in nursing care. Faculty and students are engaged in Community Based Service Learning experiences in over 60 community sites in the Chicago area. Students are also in clinical sites at over 20 health care institutions.

The College of Science and Health is the third largest college at DePaul, enrolling over 3,000 students.
