The Maintenance Director is responsible for the Silver Birch facility including maintenance, housekeeping, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that the community is in overall exceptional condition. The successful Maintenance Director will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two or more years of experience with facilities maintenance, senior living experience preferred, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation, and have a strong customer service orientation.
