Role Overview


This position leads large team of experienced Marketing Communication/Advertising professionals or Marketing Communication/Advertising team leaders, overseeing the branding of products and creation of advertising campaigns, and new initiatives aimed at supporting the short to medium term Marketing and Sales objectives/goals. Ensures the development of consistent design integrity and marketing collateral in support of Marketing strategy. Communicates with and Influences all key stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Works closely with all brands and other key stakeholders to establish objectives and goals for initiatives, including, but not limited to, online functionality, design, usability and measurement of added value or impact.

  • Establishes standards for managing the development and execution of promotional campaigns and communications plans to implement the organization's advertising and promotions strategy.

  • Ensures consistent design integrity and marketing collateral to support brand positioning within market and continuity with projects.

  • Establishes and drives business strategies on the web, through e-commerce and towards social media.

  • Represents organization at trade association meetings to promote products.

  • Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns. Supplemental

  • Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms. Supplemental

  • Train and direct workers engaged in developing and producing advertisements. Supplemental

  • Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research. Supplemental

  • Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.

  • Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.

  • Prepares annual reports and support materials for intended financial audiences.

  • Ensures consistent design integrity and marketing collateral to support brand positioning within market and continuity with projects.

  • Creates, maintains and interprets brand identity standards.

  • Prepares for and oversees participation in trade shows.

  • Establishes and drives business strategies on the web, through e-commerce and towards social media.

  • Manages and delivers digital or eMarketing activities including online direct-to-consumer initiatives, online media and promotional support, branded web sites, intranet sites and online advertising.

  • Provides support for all communications and ensures company-wide standards are used for all client / customer facing materials.

  • Works closely with all brands and other key stakeholders to establish objectives and goals for initiatives, including online functionality, design, usability and measurement of added value or impact.

  • Provides support as needed for materials intended for financial audiences.

  • May manage appropriate third party partnerships to support all digital and eMarketing initiatives.


Basic Qualifications:


This position requires a Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
