The Consumer Markets Steering & Investments team works closely with the Consumer Markets Strategy & Planning team, as well as cross functionally across T-Mobile to deliver analysis and insights that enable achievement of the Consumer Markets and T-Mobile strategic priorities. We help our business partners steer investments and set long term growth strategies

The Manager of Investment Analysis will be responsible for evaluating strategic investment decisions, developing financial cases, and analyzing results after launch. Additionally, this team will be tasked with evaluating the key drivers of profitability across channels and segments of customers. This leader should have strong financial, analytical, and business acumen, as well as an ability to manage effectively across functions/teams.

  • Lead a team in assessing the financial impacts of investment decisions before and after launch and provide insights and recommendations to the Consumer Markets Strategy & Planning team

  • Analyze profitability drivers across channels and key segments to identify opportunities to improve overall Consumer profitability

  • Partner across the Consumer Steering & Investments team to leverage insights gained to drive future planning and targets

  • Work cross-functionally with the Finance team to drive investment decisions from initial financial evaluation through business case approval

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with performance reporting and business analysis.

  • 2 years of experience managing a team of reporting, finance or analytics professionals

  • 2+ years of performing financial modeling


  • Retail or wireless industry experience preferred

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience developing business cases
