The Consumer Markets Steering & Investments team works closely with the Consumer Markets Strategy & Planning team, as well as cross functionally across T-Mobile to deliver analysis and insights that enable achievement of the Consumer Markets and T-Mobile strategic priorities. We help our business partners steer investments and set long term growth strategies

The Sr. Manager of Business Analysis will be responsible for planning, tracking, and communicating performance and progress against synergy commitments for the Consumer Markets line of business. This position will work closely with teams across Consumer Markets, and cross-functionally to ensure alignment on synergy activities and commitments. This leader should have strong financial, analytical, and business acumen, as well as an ability to manage effectively across functions/teams.

  • Establish framework and management system that enables consistent and clear understanding of progress against synergy commitments.

  • Partner cross functionally to ensure alignment on broader synergy commitments and understanding of impacts those commitments may have relative to Consumer Markets.

  • Utilize leading indicators to enable early awareness of risks and opportunities relative to performance against targets, and to drive action where needed to mitigate risks or leverage opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Consumer Markets Ops teams, and Strategy teams to ensure awareness of synergy targets, and alignment with operational and strategic priorities.

  • Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with performance reporting and business analysis.

  • 2-4 years of experience managing a team of reporting, finance or analytics professionals

  • Data and reporting skills including development of dashboards


  • Retail or wireless industry experience preferred

  • SQL or database management experience a plus.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
