Develop and manage course syllabus. Develop assignments, assessments, and theory and practical course work relative to learning objectives on the master syllabus in accordance with Delgado guidelines. Organize and present instructional material at scheduled times and places in accordance with the College Catalog descriptions, course syllabi and outlines, and class schedules. Maintain records of student attendance, student progress and grade distributions. Maintain discipline and order during instructional activities. Evaluate the process and performance of the student and assign grades. Enforce the College's policies and procedures and the safety regulations of the Student Judicial Code. Respond to email communications.
Communicate through appropriate channels (Program Coordinator, Executive Director, and Vice Chancellor for Workforce Development and Technical Education Institutional Advancement). Participate in special staff development activities for adjunct faculty, as needed.
Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director. Complete all required documentation, grades, and final reports by deadlines.
