About the Job
Opportunity to join an experienced, forward thinking team. This successful candidate will provide direct oversite of operations of one of our existing outpatient clinics, as well as a new clinic scheduled to open January 2021.
The manager will have a 50/50 split between providing direct patient care to outpatients with musculoskeletal or sports related conditions and practice management.
The Site Manager works in collaboration with the department Director to coordinate and manage all therapies practicing within the center, host hospital and/or joint venture. The site manager is responsible for fostering patient-focused care and the provision of outstanding customer service by all staff. He/she is responsible for overall operational management of the site including, but not limited to hiring, orientation and ongoing performance evaluations of clinical/support staff, oversight of daily operations, and physician outreach. The site manager acts as a mentor by actively supervising and coaching staff towards clinical and customer service excellence. As part of the rehabilitation management team, managers are integral in achieving the strategic plans of the department. The position is responsible for maintaining 50% clinical practice in their professional disclipline.
40 hour, exempt position

Physical Therapist, graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, with current licensure to practice therapy in the state of Massachusetts.DPT preferred.
Current certification in BCLS
3-5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, advanced certification preferred
Supervisory experience: 1 year preferred
Additional experience: experience with professional billing and credentialing is desired.
