Executive Assistant with experience needed!!!
Our client is a successful pharmaceutical firm in Cambridge, MA and they are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is polished, articulate, and enthusiastic.
Managing daily administrative activities for three high level Executives
Handling routine calls and inquiries from outside vendors, consultants, etc.
Assisting with Board of Director meeting planning and preparations.
Composing and prepares routine correspondence (mainly e-mails and memos).
Arranging both internal and external meetings and conferences using Microsoft Outlook Calendar. (Including domestic and international travel planning)
Event planning: conference and roadshow planning
Collecting data and prepares data sheets and reports.
Prepares expense reports and days out forms as necessary.
Must have the ability work effectively on a team and participate in group projects, as necessary.
Requires advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Requires flexibility and patience in order to maintain several constantly changing calendars.
Must have a minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience out of a corporate environment (ideally in pharmaceuticals).
Must have a 4-year college degree.
Must be extremely corporate, professional, articulate, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
