Select is seeking a Team Leader to work with one of our largest
manufacturing clients. The person in this role will serve a critical
function, helping to drive the delivery of our services and ensure the
highest levels of customer service. This is a remote position (i.e.,
work from home) that would include frequent travel between client sites
in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and other locations in the U.S.

sites in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and other locations in the U.S.
Adaptable and stress tolerant, particularly as it pertains to
work loads and work schedules.
Successful work experience in and knowledge of human resources,
particularly staffing, is a plus.
BA/BS Degree, at minimum.

Ensure that the assessment center runs successfully and
efficiently, from a facility and resource perspective.
Manage relationships with client resources, building rapport and
trust with client decision-makers.
Plan, organize, and prioritize day-to-day activities, as well as
long-term objectives.
Effectively lead, coach, motivate, and manage proctor/contract
Ensure the use of standard operating procedures and work
Gather and analyze statistical information as it pertains to
staffing center processes and objectives.
Present directly, and with professional impact, to various levels
within the client's organization.
Document and monitor all activities performed in the assessment
Recruit, select, and train additional on-site resources, as
Manage and foster relationships with local resources.
