This position is the first point of contact either in person or on the phone with patients, manufacturers, insurance companies and other vendors. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Duties include the following: greet patients, phone answering, scheduling and confirming appointments, data entry into an office management system, checking insurance eligibility, and taking payments and maintaining petty cash & keeping the office neat and clean.
