The Virtual Design and Construction Project Coordinator Position:

To support its growth, the Company is adding a Virtual Design and Construction Project Coordinator to their team! This position is responsible for drawing and document management, and VDC project creation and set up, along with successful deployment of VDC initiatives and VDC technology platforms and solutions on projects. The VDC Project Coordinator will also create models , handle layouts, and Model Quantity Take Offs.



The Virtual Design and Construction Project Coordinator will report directly to the CAD Manager, with a primary objective to support VDC initiatives leveraged by project teams in the office and field. This position supports model-based project management and the construction technology deployment.



Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:


  • Bachelor’s Construction Management (completed or in progress) preferred

  • HVAC industry experience preferred

  • Construction design experience preferred

  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Navisworks

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written

  • Excellent technical ability and time management skills
