Dispatchers are an integral part of our Operations team. They are the main contacts for our growing fleet and customer base. Dispatchers are responsible for effectively communicating with drivers and customers throughout the lifecycle of an order to ensure timely pick-up and a safe delivery. Dispatchers schedule delivery appointments, enter orders, bid on freight, update customer websites and portals, and assign and dispatch drivers for loads. Skills & Qualifications
An ideal candidate must be a confident and energetic person with an excellent work ethic and solid problem-solving skills.
