Bartmann Restaurants (Barbette, Bryant Lake Bowl, Pat's Tap, Red Stag Supper Club, Tiny Diner, Gigi's Cafe, Early Bird, Nighthawks, Book Club and Bread & Pickle) is currently seeking full time and part time Line Cooks & Dishwashers.Qualified Line Cook candidates will possess a firm understanding of fundamental cooking principles with an emphasis on scratch cooking techniques, have significant prior cooking experience (experience with fresh fish & seafood a plus!), and have a passion for working with sustainable, local products. Formal culinary training a plus but not necessary.
Weekend availability is required. Opportunities are for either full-time or part-time positions. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs up and down stairs.
