Position Title: Help Desk Analyst
Organizational Location: 2910 West Jackson St., Building A, Tupelo MS
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions
Job Group Category: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Normal work hours 8-5 M-F/Possible 8:30 to 5:30 Shift
After hours as needed
To provide first level remote hardware/software support for BancorpSouth employees.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides first level support to end users on a variety of issues.
Answers calls from users, inputs into a tracking system, fixes issues or reassigns them to the appropriate group.
Processes paperwork requests and assigns those accordingly.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
Two year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills along with outstanding customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
