At Hampton Inn & Suites, our guests and their experience is our number one priority. We are currently seeking a weekend breakfast host and full and part time housekeepers.
Weekend Breakfast Host--Hourly Wage Based on Experience. ($7.90-$8.50)
This position is Saturday and Sundays from 6am-12pm
Greet every guest with a GOOD MORNING! Engage guests to ask how their stay was to uncover areas of service recovery and develop strong consumer relationships.
Assist guests in need with small children, large families, or other needs.
Answer guest questions about hotel property and area attractions.
Prepare food for breakfast and keep buffet area fully stocked during breakfast hours from 6am-10am.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet a high demand of guests
Keep breakfast buffet clean at all times during breakfast hours 6am-10am
Keep breakfast seating area clean, busing tables to ensure each guest and clean and fresh place to enjoy breakfast from 6am-10am
Maintain coffee station ensuring all coffee dispensers are full, creamers, sugars, cups, teas, etc are stocked and area is clean at all times.
Break down breakfast buffet, storing any reusable food items, discarding what cannot be reused and cleaning breakfast prep, buffet and seating areas.
Restock breakfast buffet area for next day.
Prep breakfast food items for next day.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum breakfast prep, buffet, and seating area.
Remove all trash and take to dumpster after each shift.
Full and Part Time Housekeeping--Hour Wage $7.90 to 8.25 (based on Experience)
Responsible for cleaning, stocking and maintaining assigned rooms/units/public areas to meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
Cleaning guest rooms entails: cleans bathroom, bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, etc, dust room, sweep and mop tiled floors, vacuum, washes windows/tracks, reports maintenance deficiencies, removes trash, dirty linens, towels and used amenities from rooms and makes beds and replaces linens and in-room amenities.
Checks, stocks and transports supply cart.
Conduct visual inspection of room/unit/public area prior to completion.
Ensure hotel and brand standards are practiced daily.
