Our fast-growing, tech company is looking for someone who wants to contribute to an amazing culture with a focus on personal and team growth. We are looking for someone who can interact with customers over the phone, live chat and message. This person must be self-motivated, professional and can quickly absorb the knowledge of a variety of services. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training. We are looking for a self-starter who can quickly gather detailed information, prepare service bids, problem-solve, and successfully follow-up with clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

  • Complete sales orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints

  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus

  • Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications

  • Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Professional appearance and personality.

  • Basic computer skills are necessary.

  • Must be able to type 40-50 WPM.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Some sales experience preferred but not necessary.

  • Feel comfortable on a phone.
