This position is open in Omaha, NE.

Ability to ascertain client technical needs, business requirements, & help connect them to the right solutions, products, & services.
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve client technical service requests. This includes but is not limited to: PC hardware and operating systems, software application installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Provide assistance on usability and functionality of software and hardware products.
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. This includes but is not limited to: router, server, switch, workstation, or printer connectivity to the network or Internet.
Work as a team member to collaboratively resolve client requests and technical issues with other team members, partners and vendors.
Ability to work in varied environments and at different locations.
Experience in providing customer service on-site and remote on a technical level to an end user client
Experience with LAN/WAN network technologies (i.e. installation of NIC cards and network client software, network printers)
Experience with hands on technical PC support service experience, desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, configuration and upgrades
Experience with desktop operating systems and application software products
Folder redirection and group policy management experience
Experience with cloud productivity & virtualization technologies
Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) either in secondary education or in a business environment.
Valid driverâs license/good driving record.
Candidate must have ability to pass an extensive background check.
Certifications related to Microsoft Office 365, Azure, AWS, & other cloud technologies not required but greatly beneficial.
An Associateâs degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Appropriate certifications such as A+, MCSA, MCSE, MCP, CCNA, MCITP are not required, but are a definite bonus.
Carrying a cell phone required.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to use phone and phone headset
Ability to type using a keyboard and mouse
